Due to delays in the Free Application for Federal Student 援助 (FAFSA) and California Dream Act Application (CADAA), we’re experiencing delays in software updates and awarding which may affect and impact the timing of your financial aid award and/or disbursement. Rest assured; our team is working hard to address these issues.

Monitor Your Portal: Regularly check your MyVCCCD student portal for any pending financial aid requirements and complete them as soon as possible.

BankMobile Setup: If you have been awarded aid other than the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) or VC Promise, follow the instructions from BankMobile to set up your refund preference. Financial aid refunds are typically issued 7 to 21 days after the payment appears on your portal. The exact timing depends on your refund preference and class start dates.

Pell Grant adjustments will be made based on your enrollment as of 2024年9月3日. Your class schedule must be finalized by no later than noon on this date; no changes will be made after.
